Ingredients
- 1 pound bacon cut in half
- 1 pound filet mignon

- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Dice your steak into bite sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together your seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a large bowl, add your steak. Add your seasonings to the steak and mix well.
- Take each individual steak bite and wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
- Preheat air fryer at 380°F for 3 minutes.
- Add each bite to your Air Fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook at 380°F for 12-15 depending on how well done you want your bacon and steak. I cooked it at 15 minutes for a medium steak.
