Ingredients

  • 1 pound bacon cut in half
  • 1 pound filet mignon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Dice your steak into bite sized pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix together your seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In a large bowl, add your steak. Add your seasonings to the steak and mix well.
  • Take each individual steak bite and wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Preheat air fryer at 380Β°F for 3 minutes.
  • Add each bite to your Air Fryer basket. Do not overcrowd. Cook at 380Β°F for 12-15 depending on how well done you want your bacon and steak. I cooked it at 15 minutes for a medium steak.
