These Christmas butter cookies are made from boxed cake mix, making them so quick and easy to make around the holidays.

Ingredients

white cake mix
½
cup
butter
room temperature
8
oz
cream cheese
room temperature
½
cup
Christmas sprinkles
½
cup
powdered sugar
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Using the paddle attachment on your stand mixer, cream room temperature butter and cream cheese until smooth consistency
Add in white cake mix, and beat until well incorporated.
Fold in sprinkles.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hr or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Roll cookies into 1 inch balls and roll to coat in powdered sugar.
Place cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
Notes
*If you use sugar sprinkles it will just turn the batter that color. Be sure to use a bigger size sprinkle.
