Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line your baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with vegetable oil.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cake mix, oil and eggs.
Fold in the chocolate chips
Pour into the baking sheet, using a rubber spatula to press into place and spread out evenly. and bake for 30-35 mins
Bake for 30-35 minutes in pre-heated oven.
Allow blondies to cool at least 15-20 mins before adding the glaze.
Vanilla Glaze
While the blondies are cooling, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
Pour over cooled blondies.
Notes
