This twinkie strawberry shortcake is twist on classic strawberry shortcake. It is super easy to make and the perfect dessert for summer.

Ingredients

Twinkies

strawberries
hulled and quartered

blueberries

sugar

ounces
frozen whipped topping
thawed
Instructions
Stir together the strawberries, blueberries, and sugar and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
Arrange the Twinkies in an even layer along the bottom of a 7x11 inch pan.
Sprinkle half the fruit over the top of the Twinkies.
Spread the whipped topping over the top of the fruit in an even layer.
Top with remaining fruit.
Cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before serving.
