Turkey Charcuterie Board

Elevate your holiday entertaining with our Turkey Charcuterie Board featuring a whimsical pear turkey centerpiece.

Ingredients

large ripe pear small mozzarella balls for the eyes small black olives for the pupils small carrot for the beak slice red bell pepper for the wattle slices roasted turkey breast slices honey-glazed ham assorted cheeses such as cheddar, brie, and blue cheese mixed nuts almonds, cashews, or walnuts dried fruits apricots, cranberries, or figs fresh grapes or berries assorted olives green, Kalamata, or stuffed whole grain mustard or honey mustard for dipping crackers or baguette slices

Place a large ripe pear at the center of a serving platter. Carefully insert two small mozzarella balls for eyes and top with black olive slices for pupils.

Use a small triangle carrot as the beak below. Add a red bell pepper slice as the wattle below the beak.

Surround the pear turkey with arranged slices of roasted turkey breast and honey-glazed ham to resemble feathers.ย 

Fill the remaining board with an artistic assortment of cheeses, mixed nuts, dried fruits, fresh grapes or berries, assorted olives, crackers or bread.
