This feta watermelon salad is sure to become a favorite dish on hot summer days. Filled with watermelon, cucumbers, mint, basil and feta, it is a tasty dish.

Ingredients

seedless watermelon
cubed

English cucumber
halved and sliced

feta cheese
crumbled

red onion
halved and thinly sliced

fresh basil leaves
chopped

For the dressing:

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoons
lime juice
freshly squeezed

Salt and black pepper
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, toss together the ingredients for the salad.
In a jar or bowl, shake or whisk the ingredients for the dressing.
Just prior to serving, pour the dressing over the salad. Toss and serve.
