These air fryer fajitas are super easy to make and perfect for dinner. Onions, bell peppers, and steak are all cooked in the air fryer at the same time.
Slice onion, bell peppers, and steak into fajita-sized slices.
Add onions and bell peppers into a medium bowl, lightly coat with olive oil and season with 1-2 tablespoons fajita seasoning. Place into the air fryer basket.
Add meat into the bowl used previously and lightly coat in olive oil and season with remaining fajita seasoning. Add to air fryer basket on top of the vegetables.
Cook on 400°F for 8 minutes. Turn meat over and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Remove and assemble fajitas on the flour or corn tortillas. Add toppings such as sour cream, guacamole, cilantro, salsa, queso fresco, and lime.
Notes
You may need to cook this in batches. The meat should be in a single layer over the vegetables.
