This blueberries and cream bread is so delicious! It is the perfect way to use up extra blueberries or to make just because. Great for breakfast, dessert or a special treat.
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Either grease or line a bread pan with parchment paper, set aside.
In a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Cream together butter and sugars until smooth and well combined.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing between each addition.
Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Stir in blueberries.
Pour blueberry cream bread batter into prepared bread pan. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
