This broccoli salad with bacon and cheese will be a hit at your next BBQ or holiday dinner.

Ingredients

broccoli florets
about 2 ½ heads

cup
sharp cheddar cheese
⅔
cup
dried cranberries
½
cup
crumbled bacon
⅓
cup
red onion diced into small pieces
Dressing
¾
cup
mayonnaise
¼
cup
sour cream
1 ½
Tablespoons
white vinegar

Tablespoons
sugar
¼
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, crumbled bacon and red onion. Mix up well.
In a small bowl mix the dressing. Add mayo, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. And mix well.
Pour dressing over broccoli and mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour and then serve. Keep refrigerated.
