Skillet Fried POTATOES

Skillet fried potatoes are delicious crispy potatoes pieces that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.


baby red or Yukon gold potatoes vegetable oil black pepper dried parsley salt

Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces.  Soak potatoes in water for 10 minutes, then drain on paper towel for 5 minutes.

Heat oil in large skillet.  Once hot, add potatoes.  Season with pepper, salt, and dried parsley.

Cook over medium heat, stirring often until potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Remove potatoes from the oil and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
