Buttermilk Pancakes

Light, fluffy and with a hint of vanilla, these buttermilk pancakes are sure to be a hit for breakfast or brunch.ย

Begin by whisking together the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a different bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Gently fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.

Once hot, ladle out portions of the batter onto the skillet, forming pancakes. You'll know it's time to flip when bubbles appear on the surface and the edges seem set.

Turn the buttermilk pancakes over and let them cook until they're golden brown and fully cooked inside.
