Ingredients
butter mini marshmallows Rice Krispies cereal blue candy melts red candy melts red, white, & blue sprinkles
Grease a 9x13" pan and set aside. Using a large pot, melt the butter over low heat.
Put Rice Krispy mixture into prepared pan and pat down with hand covered with plastic baggy.
Cool in fridge, then move it to a parchment lined cutting board. Use star shaped cookie cutters to cut out.
Melt candy melts either on stove or in microwave and place in plastic baggies. Snip off corner of bag and pipe across the stars & add sprinkles.
