Spinach Artichoke Dip

This Spinach Artichoke Dip is perfect for parties, game nights, or anytime you are craving a delicious snack.

It's easy to make and is best when served warm. I personally love eating it with Wheat Thins, my hubby likes it best with Triscuits. It's also great on thick slices of French or Sourdough bread.

Whether you're having friends over, wanting to take it to a party, or just want a delicious snack, this spinach artichoke dip is perfect.

Ingredients

Ingredients:: spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, onion powder, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and artichokes.

Frozen spinach: I prefer frozen spinach because it’s already chopped and easy to work with, but make sure to thaw it and squeeze out any excess water before adding it to the dip to avoid a soggy texture.

Artichoke hearts: Canned artichokes work great for this recipe, but be sure to drain and chop them finely so they blend well into the dip.

Cream cheese: Make sure it’s softened to room temperature for easy mixing.

Sour cream: I like to use regular sour cream.

Mayonnaise: Full-fat mayonnaise gives the dip a creamy texture.

Shredded mozzarella cheese: Freshly shredded mozzarella melts better and gives the dip a smoother, more stringy texture, but pre-shredded mozzarella is fine too if you’re short on time. You can tell in the pics that I used pre-shredded mozzarella.

Grated Parmesan cheese: I recommend using freshly grated Parmesan for the best flavor, but the pre-grated version will work if that’s all you have on hand.

Garlic cloves: Fresh garlic is the best flavor, but garlic powder is a good alternative if needed.

Onion powder: This ingredient adds a mild, sweet flavor without being overpowering.

Salt: Always taste as you go when adding saltβ€”different cheeses may already add some saltiness, so you may not need much.
