Prosciutto: Choose thinly sliced prosciutto so it wraps easily and sticks to the cheese. If it tears, just press the ends together gently—it still holds.
How to Make
Cut each mozzarella stick in half to make 16 short pieces.
Cut each slice of prosciutto in half lengthwise to create 16 thin strips.
Wrap one strip of prosciutto around each piece of mozzarella, pressing gently so it sticks.
Place the wrapped mozzarella on a plate or tray in a single layer.
Chill in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
