Sugar:
Butter: Melted. Unsalted butter is preferred for controlling the amount of salt in your recipe.
Brownies:
All-purpose flour
Cocoa powder: Unsweetened and sifted.
Baking powder: Make sure it's fresh.
Butter: Make sure to pull it out of the fridge about 30-60 minutes before using to make sure it's softened. This will help make sure it creams well with the sugar.
Sugar
Milk: Whole milk is preferred for its fat content, but lower-fat or non-dairy alternatives can be used.
Vanilla extract

How to Make S'mores Brownies
Preheat your oven to 350F. Next, grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and 6 tablespoons of melted butter in a bowl. Then, pour it into your greased baking dish. Press it down flat to make a nice crust and set aside.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together and then set bowl aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add milk and vanilla extract to the mix, stirring well. Add in eggs one at a time, mixing between each addition.
Mix the bowl with the dry ingredients into the mixed wet ingredient bowl just until combined. Now, fold in the chopped peanut butter cups.
Pour your brownie batter over the graham cracker layer in your baking dish. Stick it in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. You'll know they're done when you poke it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Once the brownies are baked, switch the oven to broil.
Sprinkle peanut butter chips over your hot brownies and cover the top with marshmallows.
Put the brownies under the broiler for 1-2 minutes. Keep a close eye on them because marshmallows can go from perfectly toasted to burnt really quick. As soon as they're golden brown, take them out of the oven.
Let the brownies cool for about 10 minutes.
After that, cut them into 12 pieces and you're ready to serve. Enjoy your delicious s'mores brownies!

Crushed Graham Cracker Crumbs: Buy pre-crushed graham cracker crumbs instead of crushing them yourself.
Even Layers: Use the back of a spoon or a small measuring cup to press your graham cracker layer down firmly.
Soft Marshmallows: If your marshmallows are hard or stale, zap them in the microwave for a few seconds before topping the brownies.
Chocolate Variety: Mix things up by using different types of chocolate chips or chunks in your batter. Dark, milk, or white chocolate all work great.
Cutting Brownies: For clean cuts, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it off before slicing. Repeat between slices. Or, you can also spray your knife with non-stick cooking spray before cutting to make it easier to cut.
