Patriotic brownie pizza is a perfect 4th of July dessert.

We love our 4th of July desserts in my house.

4th of July has been a fun day ever since I can remember. The local parade in the morning, then an afternoon of relaxing in order to celebrate at a potluck in the evening and watch the fireworks.

Sometimes it's a BYOM potluck, with everyone also bringing a side or dessert and other times it's a BBQ we are invited to and asked to bring something as well.

With just a little more effort compared to our 4th of July Rice Krispy treats, this brownie pizza is a crowd pleaser.

Step 5: Now it's time to decorate! Use the M&M's and sprinkles to decorate on top of the icing. If you're thinking of making design or a pattern, use your counter and lay the M&M's out on there first. Otherwise, you may find your pattern isn't quite right and the M&M's are covered in icing.
