Million Dollar Spaghetti

Million Dollar Spaghetti is like a mashup of lasagna and spaghetti – filled with a meaty tomato sauce, cheese, and spaghetti noodles.

It’s great for weeknights and the perfect dish for feeding a crowd or bringing to a potluck.

Ingredients

Ingredients: marinara sauce, spaghetti, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, butter, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, cottage/ricotta cheese, mozzarella, beef, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

Spaghetti: Spaghetti noodles are perfect for using in this dish.

Ground beef: You can also substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.

Marinara sauce: Choose a good-quality jarred marinara sauce, or use homemade if you have the time.

Seasonings & Spices: Use garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, plus slat and pepper.

Cream cheese: Make sure to pull out of the fridge beforehand to allow time to soften. Make sure it’s fully softened for easy mixing.

Ricotta or cottage cheese: Ricotta gives a smoother texture, while cottage cheese adds a bit more texture to the dish. Both work well, so pick whichever you prefer.

Sour cream: We like using full-fat sour cream, but you can use light sour cream if you prefer.

Cheese: Use shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.

Butter: Butter is dotted on top to help the dish get golden and bubbly while baking.

How to Make

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
