Easter Fluff Dip

Easter Fluff Dip is a fun and easy dessert that’s perfect for spring gatherings, Easter celebrations, or anytime you want a sweet and fruity treat.

This dip is great for parties because it’s quick to make and doesn’t require any baking.

Whether you're making it for an Easter brunch or just as a simple dessert, this fluffy dip is sure to be a favorite!

Ingredients

Ingredients: pineapple, cool whip, marshmallow peeps, Cadbury eggs, mini marshmallows, nilla wafers, lemon pudding mix, and mandarin oranges.

Crushed pineapple: with the juice.

Canned mandarin oranges: Choose mandarins packed in juice instead of syrup for a lighter taste. Make sure to drain them before adding to the dip.

Lemon pudding mix: Use instant lemon pudding mix.

Water: A small amount of water helps dissolve the pudding mix without making the dip too runny.

Cool whip: Be sure to fold it in gently, as stirring too vigorously can deflate it.

Mini marshmallows: You can use colored mini marshmallows or white ones.

Cadbury mini eggs & Marshmallow Peep: These make a great topping to the dip.

Nilla wafers: These are my go-to for dipping, but feel free to use other cookies or even graham crackers if you prefer.

How to Make

In a large mixing bowl, add the crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and lemon pudding mix, along with the water.

Stir everything together until it’s well combined.

Next, fold in the cool whip using a rubber spatula.

Be gentle when folding to keep the texture light and fluffy.

Once the cool whip is fully incorporated, add the mini marshmallows and carefully fold them in.

Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl.

Top it with Cadbury mini eggs and a marshmallow peep for a festive touch.

Tips & Tricks

This is such an easy dip to make, but here are a couple tips for making it:

Chill for a bit: Let the dip sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend together.

No Cadbury eggs?: Use any chocolate candy or even mini chocolate chips for the top if you can’t find Cadbury eggs.

Leftovers/Storage
