Ingredients for Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board

Ingredients: Broccoli, strawberries, cheese, parsley, grapes, red bell pepper, crackers, olives, cheddar cheese, yellow bell pepper, salami, rosemary sprigs, bay leaves, and nuts.

Broccoli florets: Great for creating the green "branches" of the tree; try to choose small, bite-sized pieces for easy snacking.

Crackers and/or breadsticks: Perfect for the tree trunk.

Assorted cured meats: Pick your favorites.

Various cheeses: Choose a variety of different types to make sure everyone can find their favorite. You can also cut these into festive shapes if you want.

Fresh fruits:

Nuts: Spread them sparingly.

Olives and/or pickles:

Sliced red bell pepper: These can also be used as mini "presents" around the base of the tree.

Sliced yellow bell pepper: Use a star-shaped cutter to create a tree topper; the rest can be scattered for additional color.

Fresh rosemary sprigs, for garnish: Tuck them around the “branches” of the tree.

Fresh bay leaves, for garnish:

Curly parsley, for garnish: Use sparingly to fill gaps and help with the "fullness" of the tree.

How to Make Christmas Tree Charcuterie Board

Make sure to use a flat serving platter or cutting board that is big enough for your Christmas tree charcuterie board. You can use a board shaped like a tree, or you can just arrange the ingredients to look like a tree.

Use a line of broccoli to outline the bottom of the tree. Below the broccoli, add some crackers or breadsticks to make the trunk of the tree.

Now, arrange the ingredients in rows. Occasionally add a row of garnish to make a bed for smaller items like olives and nuts.

For some extra color, place strips of bell pepper over the broccoli and in any spots that look like they need a little more decoration.
