Chocolate Chip S’mores Cookies

If you’re craving some s’mores, but don’t want to (or can’t) fire up the firepit, try making these chocolate chip s’more cookies.

These cookies taste a lot like s’mores but are baked in the oven.

They have graham crackers on the bottom, chocolate and marshmallow in the middle, and cookie dough on top.

They’re simple to make and fun to eat.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Hershey's chocolate bars, cookie dough, graham crackers, and marshmallows.

Chocolate chip cookie dough: Store-bought dough makes this recipe super quick, but you can use homemade if you prefer.

Graham crackers: Use full sheets broken in half.

Hershey’s chocolate bars: Classic s’mores flavor works best here, but you can also try other chocolate bars like Reese’s or Cookies ‘n’ Creme for a twist.

Marshmallows: Use regular-sized marshmallows for a gooey center that melts well under the cookie dough.

How to Make

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Break the graham crackers in half and arrange them on the baking sheet, leaving at least one inch of space between each piece.

Place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow on top of each graham cracker.

Leftovers/Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days.

To reheat, microwave for 10–15 seconds to soften the cookie and melt the chocolate slightly.

You can freeze the baked cookies by placing them in a freezer-safe bag with parchment between layers for up to 2 months.
