Ingredients for Charcuterie Wreath

Ingredients: fresh lettuce, parsley, bay leaves, rosemary, ham, pepperoni, salami, mozzarella pearls, white cheese cubes, pepperoncini, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.

Large round platter or serving tray: Select a platter with a large enough surface area to fully display the arrangement.

Leafy lettuce: Use the lettuce leaves as the base layer on the platter.

Curly parsley: Sprinkle curly parsley sporadically around the wreath.

Fresh bay leaves: Be mindful that these are primarily for garnish and not meant to be eaten raw.

Fresh rosemary: Place rosemary branches strategically on the platter for an added touch of greenery and fragrance. Rosemary stems can also act as a sturdy base for heavier ingredients.

Sliced salami: Roll each slice of salami into a loose cone shape for an attractive and easy-to-grab presentation. Layer the rolled slices together to create a visually appealing pattern.

Thinly sliced ham, folded: Fold each slice of ham neatly, either into quarters or in a decorative fan shape, to add visual interest and variety to the arrangement.

Mozzarella pearls: These are easy for guests to pick up with toothpicks or hands.

White cheese cubes: Choose from pepperjack, mozzarella, gouda, or white cheddar based on your flavor preference.

Cherry tomatoes: Place bright, juicy tomatoes sporadically for a pop of color.

Black olives: Make sure they are pitted olives to make them easier for guests to enjoy.

Sliced red & yellow peppers: Slice into thin strips.
