Air Fryer Ravioli
Air Fryer Ravioli is a fast and easy way to make crispy, crunchy ravioli with a golden outside and soft inside.
You can use fresh or frozen ravioli, and with just a few simple ingredients, you'll have a tasty snack or meal in minutes.
Serve them with marinara sauce or alfredo for dipping.
Ingredients
Ravioli: Choose either fresh or frozen ravioli based on what you have available. If using frozen, be sure to thaw them first for the best results.
Eggs: Eggs help the breadcrumbs stick to the ravioli.
Breadcrumbs: We used seasoned breadcrumbs.
Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated Parmesan adds a stronger flavor, but pre-grated works great as well.
Seasonings: We used dried basil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
How to Make
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
In another shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Coat each ravioli in the egg mixture, then dip it into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure it’s fully covered.
Set the breaded ravioli aside on a cutting board or work surface.
Place a single layer of breaded ravioli in the Air Fryer basket.
Lightly spray them with cooking spray to help them crisp up.
Air fry for 4-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the remaining ravioli.
Serve immediately with fresh parsley, basil, and marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
Leftovers/Storage
Store leftover ravioli in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
To reheat, place them back in the Air Fryer at 350°F for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
For freezing, place the breaded, uncooked ravioli in a single layer on a baking sheet, freeze until solid, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 3 months.

- Salad: A simple green salad balances out the richness of the ravioli.
- Fresh herbs: Top with chopped basil or parsley for extra flavor and color.
F.A.Q.
Should I flip the ravioli halfway through cooking?
It’s not necessary, but flipping them can help make sure they get an even crisp on both sides.
What should I do if my ravioli isn’t crisp but is fully cooked?
Try cooking them for another minute or two. If needed, add a light spray of oil to help with the crispiness.
